The Hacienda at Warm Sands’ Cancellation Policy states:
If The Hacienda at Warm Sands receives a guest’s notice of cancellation, shortening of stay or change of dates for the guest’s reservation, 14 days or more prior to arrival, there is NO obligation, except for stays involving holidays or special events. For holidays or special events, a guest’s notice of cancellation, shortening of stay or change of dates must be received 30 days or more prior to the guest’s planned arrival.
Canceling a reservation, shortening a stay or changing dates within 14 days or 30 days of arrival, whichever is applicable, will result in charges to the guest’s credit card for all nights not re-rented.
