We stayed at the Hacienda for three nights in July this year. This was our first time in Palm Springs and whilst it was low season we would return again at the same time of year.
The accommodation was clean, well furnished and spacious. A welcome pack of essentials was provided on arrival which was welcome. The staff were extremely helpful and advised on local restaurants, bars and nightlife etc
The pools were warm and clean and pool towels were plentiful. Breakfast was provided each morning and of a good standard. Lunch is ordered the day before and delivered to your room or poolside seat. This was fine but could be improved upon. If you were staying more than a couple of nights you would easily bore of the menu.
All in all an enjoyable break, good facilities and somewhere we would like to visit again. Recommended to all discerning travellers.
