I’ve stayed at the Hacienda for many years, most recently in early 2020, and it never loses any of it’s charm and magic. It’s a cut above, not just for Warm Sands, but Palm Springs in general. The decor could be confused with any Ritz Hotel, both modern and classic. We stayed in a suite with a full kitchen, separate bedroom, and back patio. It’s super quiet, with a small number of rooms grouped around two pools. The staff has, without exception, always been kind, open, prepared and just warm. We even had embroidered pillows with our names. This property competes not with the Ace hotels, but with the Parker’s — refined, upscale, quiet and effortlessly charming.
