This was our first visit to Palm Springs but after staying at The Hacienda at Warm Sands it won't be our last. Throughout our stay we never wanted for anything. Steve and Robbie took care of every need - all we had to do was mention and they jumped on it. The resort is a perfect size and having only a few rooms meant a quiet and relaxing vacation with very personalized service. We can't recommend this resort enough and when we return to Palm Springs we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. An oasis tucked away but in close enough proximity to the commercial district of Palm Springs. The friendly staff struck the right balance of attention to every need. Included was a gourmet lunch which made relaxing time around the pool even more perfect. Spacious rooms designed for privacy and comfort. We can't say enough about this place! This is a 5 star boutique hotel with the finest touches that in my opinion elevate it to the top. The rooms are definitely suites with large living areas and kitchenettes with a dining table, spacious baths and bedrooms. The beds are extremely comfortable and there are very high-end soaps, creams and toiletries including tooth brushes, face cloths and more than enough plush towels. The Wi-Fi is free as are the breakfasts (a cut above typical pastry fare but nothing hot) and lunches. There are 2 pools, floats, multiple umbrellas and a Jacuzzi. The staff is ever-present and so friendly. They know everyone's name and always ask if they can get anything. While clothing optional it does not have a smutty vibe and you can feel completely comfortable whether you're clothed of not. This came at the recommendation of a close friend. It was an excellent room, excellent service. Everyone was so nice, helpful and...if I just asked, it was done. I would stay again anytime. This boutique hotel is a must if you go to Palm Springs, the suites are comfortable, nice and clean and very well equipped. All the personals are very attentive to our needs they always smile but at the same they are very discreet. This was my first visit to The Hacienda and did not know what to expect. I needed a break from the incessant rain and gloom of a Seattle winter but wanted someplace small, quiet and relaxing to rejuvenate and recharge. The Hacienda exceeded all expectations. The venue could not have been more perfect and the staff more welcoming and attentive. Nothing that the venue had to offer was left to chance. The attention to detail could not have been better, the rooms superb, the service excellent and the staff beyond what one could ever expect! I will definitely come back for an extended stay and this time bring my husband. Although perfect for a solo rejuvenating stay it could only be perfection personified with a partner by one's side. This was our third stay at the Haciendas and the reason why we keep coming back is because the service is excellent, the staff is very friendly, the suites are very clean plus they offer breakfast and lunch as part of the stay. They have two pools and a Jacuzzi. Usually the guests there tend to be friendly professionals who are looking to relax in a calm and quiet environment that is not overcrowded. The suites that we have stayed in are a very good size. They are like mini-apartments with a private bedroom, dining room, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Ours had a private terrace. If you are a traveler that wants to stay in a nice, upscale place, this is the place for you. We had a fabulous time during our recent few days spent at The Hacienda. A perfect getaway to relax from our more busy vacation prior to our visit. We stayed at the Hacienda for four nights in January during our first visit to Palm Springs. We are inn owners ourselves and chose Hacienda due to the amenities offered and thought we could learn a few things from them. We were not disappointed. The room was large, clean, and comfortable and Steve and the rest of the staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful. This was our second visit to this gorgeous small resort. WE loved the setting--2 pools with snow capped mountains in a grand view. The staff was so attentive and friendly. What makes this place so special. Quite simply, the staff backed up by on hands owners Maurice and Jim. I've been staying here for years. They not only put up with me, they coddle me, conjole me into a good mood, advise me on everything from dining to massage therapy all the while seeing that the Hacienda is never less than superb. We always feel like we're at home, but with excellent service. Apartments are spacious & very comfortable. The service is relaxed & thorough. The grounds are always immaculate & inviting. Plenty of privacy when you want it. Everyone who works there is friendly & makes you feel welcomed.
