We visited The Hacienda for the second time last month and everything was perfect again! Robbie greeted us at the door with a smile on his face and welcomed us back! Tom, Steve, and Paul also made us feel right at home during our stay. As returning guests, we were happy to see personalized pillows on our bed! The Hacienda is impeccably maintained, extremely well managed, and basically the perfect place to stay! Due to the purely positive feeling we have about Palm Springs, largely because of our experience at The Hacienda, we jumped off the cliff and purchased a condo there.
