This was my second time staying at the Hacienda and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The accommodations and staff were just perfect. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. I had had shoulder surgery recently and needed a get-away and the Hacienda was just the perfect place to stay. The pools were especially helpful for my shoulder recovery. The staff seemed to sense our need for a cold water or cool towel for our faces. While it was hot in Palm Springs, the rooms and pools were the perfect place to cool off. I will definitely return.
