I travel a lot and this was by far one of the best places I have stayed. The rooms, the amenities, 2 meals a day, the pools/hot tub, the grounds and location are all first class. Most of all the staff are the most accommodating, friendly and truly concerned I have run into.
We had a problem with our internet and they kept us up on the status of the repairs hourly and offered to move our room if they could not fix the problem. It was fixed and they presented us with a nice bottle of wine for our troubles.
Truly this has got to be one of the top rated resorts in Palm Springs.
