We just got back from one of the most amazing vacation we have ever had. The reason our vacation was so amazing is because of The Hacienda. When we visit Palm Springs we ALWAYS stay at The Hacienda. We have been staying their for 8 years. First, the grounds are top notch. They are serene and excellently maintained. Second, the staff goes above and beyond. Steve, Paul, Luis and David are simply the best. They are always professional and friendly and helpful. Third, the rooms are just amazing. Wonderfully appointed and very cozy. The poolside lunches are delicious and you feel like you have been transported to paradise. If you are planning a trip to Palm Springs, The Hacienda is the only place to stay. I promise, you won’t be disappointed.
