This was our first stay at Hacienda.
We plan to make it our Palm Springs retreat, for good reason!
The Hacienda is well located, cozy – yet spacious, discreet, well landscaped and not “prissy”.
Our suite was well-appointed, spacious, classy and not pretentious.
We especially enjoyed
– the excellent gas fireplace (our stay was early FEB)
– the roominess and comfortable feel of the great room
– the awesome bed and pillows (choose from their pillow menu – cool, right?)
– the excellent bathroom, with double sinks, multiple showerheads, and sundries provided
– the secluded back patio
The staff are friendly, efficient, thoughtful and very helpful… top marks on all hospitality standards.
All of the key features of the common facilities – the heated pools, chaise lounges, hot tub, Guest parking – were exemplary.
We are extremely impressed with the quality of the included meals – the continental breakfast and outstanding lunches (personally delivered each day — again, cool, right?).
The VPO’s – very proud Owner’s – hosted a wine social for all Guests (the place was full), where we met our neighbors and learned of the history of the facility, and some references shared by other Guests and our hosts of dining and entertainment options in town.
In short, this property is well run, stands above the crowd, and feels serene, comfortable and relaxing. We’ve good reason to call this our new Palm Springs home base.
