Our second visit to this corner of heaven! Firstly, Palm Springs is gorgeous, but The Hacienda transcends calm, comfort, friendliness and everything one needs for a perfect holiday. We were fortunate to have 9 nights staying in Suite 1. The living space is generous with kitchen, dining area (we ate outside and out…!) a great lounge and a bed to sleep to heaven on. Nice touches like the Mike and Sean embroidered bed cushions.
The team looking after you are discrete but attentive. We have to mention the lovely Robbie, who’s a total charmer! Love your Coyote fur… Steve, who is a sparkler, Paul whose lunches (and these are included) are totally ‘yum’ and Luis, who makes sure that your room is always top notch. Thank you gents.
The Hacienda is one of less than five places all over the world, that we have had fortune to stay at that is just the perfect balance. Beautiful pools and clean very well maintained gardens. Fab mountain views. Centrally located to walk to the bars and restaurants.
