I travelled to Palm Springs for a week in August 2011 and The Hacienda was recommended to me as a place worth checking out. Well – what a recommendation.

There is nothing I can fault at all; I had a truly blissful week in the desert and was made feel exceptionally welcome by The Hacienda’s owners and staff, who took care of my every need. The comfort of the apartment internally was matched by the comfort of the grounds, which included two lovely pools ensuring that one could catch the sun at any moment of the day.

Now back in London, I’m already wondering when I might be able to return to the desert again to get some more of that Hacienda Heaven!
