After trying several hotels previously in Palm Springs I have decided that The Hacienda is the only hotel I will be staying at in the future. In fact I have just returned home from my third stay at The Hacienda and the impeccable, discreet service, relatively small size (10 rooms) two pools (at slighty different temperatures) in beautifully landscaped courtyards with a newly remodeled hot tub area combined with the two excellent daily
meals included (breakfast buffet and catered lunch) make this the perfect desert vacation destination.
The Hacienda is perfect for single travellers and also ideal for couples seeking a romantic getaway. Jim, Maurice, Steve, Tom and all the staff are extremely attentive and helpful without being intrusive. I am already looking forward to my next visit.
