My partner and I recently stayed at The Hacienda, and could not have asked for a better experience. The owners, Jim and Maurice, and manager, Steve, went above and beyond to provide us with a memorable stay. The suite was luxurious and the grounds were private and beautiful. Any requests were fulfilled by the staff immediately and with exceptional service. We felt pampered and were treated like family. There are many attractions in the area and maps and directions were provided to all. The restaurants recommended by the staff were great. The location in Warm Sands was convenient to everything. If you plan to be in Palm Springs and you like luxury and service (and who doesn’t ?), we highly recommend The Hacienda.
