We stayed at the Hacienda over the Labor day weekend. As it was my second time in Palm Springs I can at least compare to one other hotel and I must say…. Soooo much better. This is a real hotel, with lots of nice details and great and warm service. Nice staff, great rooms and very well maintained grounds.
Can only recommend it and when we go to Palms Springs again, we would sure check in again.
