A friend of ours suggested that we stay in The Hacienda during our first trip to Palm Springs earlier this month. We are very grateful to him for the recommendation. The Hacienda was absolutely beautiful. The accommodations are clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The amenities, including the bath amenities, are first class. And, the common areas, including both pools, are spotless, tidy, and beautiful.
The staff and management were top notch, friendly, and accommodating. They had no idea that we were in California to be legally married. You can imagine our surprise and delight when we learned that we had been upgraded to the largest suite available. When informed about our impending civil marriage, they had a bottle of champagne with flutes delivered to our suite on the day of the ceremony.
The Hacienda has already become our preferred location when in Palm Springs. We liked it so much that we’re returning in April 2009; reservations have already been made.
