We had 4 wonderful days and nights at The Hacienda, Warm Sands, Palm Springs.
From our lovely room/studio, where everything was tasteful, comfortable and spotlessly clean!
Lovely personal touches, welcome notes, chocolates, heart shaped cookie for Valentines Day and good quality fabrics/linen and toiletries.
The staff were professional and friendly, always, we mainly interacted with Warren and Luis, they were lovely.
Maurice and Jim the owners organised a welcome cheese and wine hour or so.
They were very pleasant, naturally friendly and very informative.
Our 1st visit to The Hacienda certainly won’t be our last, we’re already talking about our next visit.
