This is our 7th time staying at the Hacienda. It is by far the very nicest place to stay in Palm Springs. The cleanliness is beyond perfect and the atmosphere is so professional and relaxing. My husband and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We love the staff. Luis stands out as superb and Steve is one of the best GMs I have ever come across in the hospitality industry. keep up the great work and see you next year.
