I heard great things about the Hacienda and it lived up to my expectations! Michael and Luis were amazing, friendly and so helpful. My suite, I admit is even better than my apartment in San Francisco. I was only here for a short stay but I am really looking forward to another visit to the desert. If you want a classy, relaxing, beautiful and luxe environment you must look into the Hacienda. I have stayed at a few other places in Palm Springs but this place is at the top of my list now. Please keep up the amazing job!!!
