During a visit to Palm Springs in early November, we sampled several different resorts choosing to stay our final stretch at the Hacienda at Warm Sands; our first stay here. As Canadians, the visit south was a nice break from the cold!
Every aspect of our stay was top-drawer! Check-in was easy and comfortable as the staff on duty walked us thru the various aspects of the property and our suite. Everything was explained to our satisfaction and we set out to the grocery store to pick up some wine, cheese and a few items to have in the kitchen of our unit.
The suite itself was spot on. Having a living room separate from the sleeping area was a godsend as both of us aren’t always wanting to take a nap or watch TV at the same time.
The hot tub was plenty hot and we met a few folks while lounging there. A couple from Quebec were in the room next to ours and we enjoyed a nice dinner with them one evening and made some new friends.
The catered lunch well exceeded my expectations. Staff were attentive and available without hovering or being intrusive.
Can’t wait to come back. Hacienda will definitely be a regular “must visit” for us.
