This was my second stay at The Hacienda, and hopefully it won’t be my last. I have absolutely NOTHING negative to say about this place. This time I was there during off season, so it was nice and quite. I stayed in the amazing Grand Deluxe Suite, which is well worth the extra $. I was stunned to find a pillow placed on my bed with my name embroidered on to it. What a nice touch! They had also left me a great welcome basket packed with all sorts of goodies. Everything about this place is perfect. They seem to have thought of every possible amenity you could think of, including a utility room so guests can do their washing, which was very handy, as I’d been on the road for a while. Nothing is too much trouble for the very friendly staff. There were a couple of days when the resort was very quite, so my breakfast was delivered right to my room, not to mention the choice of sandwiches and wraps that are served poolside or left in your room for lunch, all included in the price of the room. Can’t wait to go back again. LOVE this place!
