The Hacienda is by far the best boutique hotel we’ve stayed at. We just returned from our 3rd trip to Palm Springs and 3rd time at The Hacienda. There is no reason to stay anywhere else in Palm Springs. The suites are clean and large and the 2 pool areas are peaceful and totally comfortable. If you want a gay party place, this isn’t it. The clientele of The Hacienda tends to be coupled or single men who want a more luxurious gay only experience and that’s why we would go back in a heart beat. Above all, the service staff makes the experience fantastic. Steve, Paul, Robbie and the others made us feel at home. I would give a special nod to Robbie, who I would now call a friend, so sweet and attentive. Most impressive is that Jim and Maurice, as owners, make an effort to meet every guest and do introductions of all the guests on the weekend wine hour….class.
