Being a long-term customer, I would never stay in any other resort in Palm Springs. The owners, Jim & Maurice are outstanding and they truly care about their guests, new or long-term customers. Go ABOVE & BEYOND. They did an amazing thing for me after an extremely difficult year. Steve, the GM, made it all happen and he has been amazing. He makes it easy for you and makes sure you get what you need. The staff is excellent and do not miss the beat. You get a great breakfast buffet, and lunch is included which has many options to choose from. They make it all available. The staff will book massages, restaurants or find some you are looking for. The rooms ae terrific and housekeeping goes all out. Pillow service is great so you can sleep on the pillow you like to see on. You just need to let them know. I have stayed in every room but one, each has unique set up. There are 2 pools front & back for only ten rooms. They have great towel service. The hot tub is in the front area, beautiful view of the mountains even a fireplace. It is an experience you will never forget, and you will definitely want to come back. They make it so easy for you. There is a welcome basket in your room and a nighttime cookie delivered to your room just an extra treat. Special occasion they will make it even better and you can have your needs met. They even will shop before you come so you have the whatever you need in your room and do not have to go to the store on 1st day. The location is close to downtown and the gay bars as well. They even post what events are going on daily right where you get breakfast. They will recommend restaurants and tell you the best restaurants or those special places only the locals know about. Easy to uber of Lyft if you do not rent a car. The team does not miss a beat. You cannot go wrong in staying there. The little details make it more special and cannot go wrong. Also, you can make some great friends and a lot come back every year at the exact same time. First time guest they will make you comfortable and let you know where everything is. The place is immaculate and spotless. The staff makes sure of it. It clearly is the number one LGBTQ resort in Palm Springs and in the best luxury resort in USA. Just call and make your reservation, you will not regret. I go twice a year as much as possible and have been going for over 20 years. If you want amazing service. breakfast & lunch, and clean rooms all the time, you cannot go wrong. The owners and GM are always updating to be with the latest and greatest-they do not miss a beat.
