The Hacienda at Warm Sands has implemented a program to deliver an industry-defining standard of cleanliness and disinfection. We have developed elevated processes and Team Member training to help our guests comfortably enjoy an even cleaner and safer stay throughout their time with us.
Our ‘Social Safety, Without ALL the FUSS’, is a rigorous program that incorporates trusted know-how and a scientific approach to cleaning practices and service offerings. This comprehensive program builds upon the already high standards of our housekeeping protocols which are currently in use. The goal of The Hacienda’s ‘Social Safety, Without ALL the FUSS’ is to provide guests with assurance and peace of mind. The program creates a focus on cleanliness that will be visible to guests throughout their entire stay – in their guest rooms and on the resort’s more than 10,000 square feet of pool-side terraces which are shared ONLY by 10 suites.
The ‘Social Safety, Without ALL The FUSS’ program is designed to meet evolving expectations of cleanliness and safety for our guests. Many of our guests have increased concerns regarding hygiene during their travels. However, they have longstanding trust in our capability to execute new heightened cleanliness standards. We are building on the best practices and protocols that we have developed, allowing our guests to rest easy and focus on enjoying the unforgettable “Hacienda Style” experiences we offer – all the while, protecting our valued Team Members.
Full details for the program are expected to continually evolve as we find new and even better ways to improve upon the safety of our valued guests and Team Members. An example of our extra measures of assurance even extends to our approach in providing:
- Daily Newspapers and Magazines: Our guests will have access to over 6,000 ALL ‘electronic’ publications, which are available in multiple languages via their personal devices (laptop, tablet, or phone). This amenity allows our guests to have complete access to these publications with the assurance that no one else has touched a publication they choose to read.
- High Touch Areas: Extra disinfection is applied to all high touched guest room areas. These areas include the light switches, TV remote controls, thermostats, door handles and many more areas.
- Clean and Clean Again Procedures: We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas.
- Guest-Accessible Sanitizing Stations: We have provided sanitizing stations at ALL guest entrance points onto The Hacienda and in EVERY suite/room.
- Suite/Room Specific Climate Control: Each suite has its own dedicated AC ventilation system, not shared with any other suite or common area.
- White Glove Service: All meals are delivered with our newly implemented ‘white glove service’ – either poolside or inside each guest’s suite/room. If guests find themselves off site, their meal will be wrapped and securely stored in their designated suite/room’s refrigerator.
- Room Cleaning Times: Changes to our Check-Out / Check-In times allow us over 66% more time to implement the rigorous cleaning guidelines of our ‘Social Safety, Without ALL the Fuss’ program.
- Team Member Training: Every member of our resort team is provided with enhanced training specifically aimed at protecting not only their well-being, but also to assure they are fully prepared to deliver The Hacienda’s unmatched new hospitality cleanliness and disinfection standards.
